DAYS 37-39, MON MARCH 8th TO Wed MARCH 10TH 2021 – To University

And what happened then .. well we went to eat more new things and still I was not happy. We tried some place close to us that was advertising as a salad place. The triple meat meal with pasta I got was not that much about salad and the meat was not even too good.. maybe next time.

Not too good, but not too bad, still a bit boring...

On Wednesday we headed out to the Bogaziçi University to arrange my residence permit. As we got closer to the University you could start to see the police presence increasing. There were police cars and personnel with machineguns etc and then metal fences along the street. We got out or the bus and walked to the University gates to witness the game blocked by a police fence, a riot van with water cannon, and few busses for the police.. wow..

I tried to take some photos of the police, but did not dare to do it openly so those photos were failed. Passing the police we got to the gate, left some ID for the guards and got in. The University area is super nice. Hilly area with beautiful buildings and great view to the Bosphorus.

Well we got my papers done and while visiting an office to print them found a shop where I got myself a new hoodie! I am a real student now!
